JoyFit Class Policies

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to get settled and ready to move.
If you’re running late, enter quietly and join in when it’s safe to do so.
Consistent attendance helps you build strength, stamina, and confidence.

Comfortable, breathable workout clothing.
Supportive sneakers or dance fitness shoes are required for safety.
Bring a water bottle and a small towel if you’d like.

Always listen to your body. Modify movements as needed—this class is about joy, not perfection.
If you have any health concerns or injuries, please inform the instructor before class.
Participation is at your own risk. By attending, you acknowledge responsibility for your personal health and safety.

JoyFit is a welcoming, inclusive space for all fitness levels, ages, and backgrounds.
Please treat everyone with kindness, encouragement, and respect.
Negative, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Phones should be silenced during class.
Feel free to modify moves to suit your comfort level—but stay mindful of those around you.
JoyFit is a judgment-free zone—come as you are, dance how you want!

If you cannot attend, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.
Classes canceled by the instructor will be rescheduled or refunded.

Occasionally, photos or short video clips may be taken for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in any media, please let the instructor know before class.
